First, what it is not

The Survival Case Call is not a fake strategy call where we pretend to give away a full plan and then switch into a pitch.

It is also not tech support. It is not a place to ask us to fix ten random software problems while you watch.

It is a case review.

We look at your AI Survival Score, your written answers, your business context, and the gap between where you are and where you need to be. Then we decide whether your case is one we can take.

Why we call it a case call

Because the question is not "do you want coaching?"

The question is: is this a real survival case?

Some people are curious. Some are dabbling. Some want a magic button. Some are hoping they can pay someone else to understand AI for them.

Those are not the same person as the owner who says: "I see the gap. I know AI is becoming operating infrastructure. I need to learn how to build with it before the market moves past me."

That is the person the call is built for.

What we review before the call

Before the call, we review:

  • your score and result tier;
  • the answers you typed;
  • what you did not understand;
  • the areas where your answers showed risk;
  • your current AI use;
  • your business model;
  • the urgency and consequences of waiting;
  • the times you requested;
  • whether your case looks like a fit.

This is why the application matters. A thin application creates a thin call.

What happens during the call

The first part is us asking questions.

We want to know where you are, what you sell, how work gets done now, what you have tried with AI, what broke, what you want to build, and what happens if you stay at your current level for another six months.

If the fit is real, we may lay out a recommended path.

That path can include training, coaching, workflow design, custom automation, software-building support, and a 60–90 day plan to get you up, growing, and flowing with AI.

What you should bring

Bring attention. Bring quiet. Bring honesty.

Do not take the call while driving, eating, running errands, or half-listening. That wastes the slot and tells us the case is not serious.

Bring the real business problem. Bring the thing you wish AI could help you build. Bring the part you do not understand.

If we approve the case, expect a serious conversation about money. This is a business. It is not a charity. We would rather say that plainly before the call than hide it until the end.

What happens after

If we accept the case, we will tell you the recommended path and the investment required.

If we do not accept the case, we will say so. Sometimes the right answer is to study more first, fix a different bottleneck, or wait until the business has enough cash and attention to make the work worth doing.

That is not rejection. It is honest triage.
