Refund Policy

This policy separates Fly AI cohort enrollment, done-for-you services, and beta self-install packs so every buyer knows the rule before payment.

Fly AI cohort

Fly AI cohort enrollment has a 14-day money-back window measured from the enrollment payment timestamp. After day 14, no cash refund is available; Aaron may offer credit toward cohort 2 when that is the fair fix.

Beta self-install packs

Beta packs are no-refund purchases. The packs subdomain requires explicit beta consent before signup or checkout: early software, expected bugs, no refunds, and free updates through v1.0.

Trust Pack and DFY installs

Trust Pack DFY and other scoped implementation work are professional-services engagements. Trust Pack purchases are non-refundable once Trust Pack infrastructure has been installed or once the delivery window has been reserved; scoped exceptions, delivery milestones, and credits are defined on the accepted scope before payment.

Chargebacks and disputes

Chargebacks or credit-card disputes are contested with Stripe using payment records, installation timestamps, welcome-sequence engagement, operator activity, and delivery receipts. Billing access may be frozen within 48 hours of a dispute while the evidence packet is prepared. By completing payment, you acknowledge that these records constitute evidence of service delivery.
