BossMode policy

No-Refund Policy

All BossMode purchases are final. BossMode does not offer refunds on anything: no money-back windows, no refund credits, and no post-payment cancellations for fees already charged.

One rule for every offer

The no-refund rule applies to AI Revenue Engine retainers, AI Lead Acquisition Add-On setup and management, Fly AI cohort enrollment, Trust Pack Done For You work, scoped implementation, subscriptions, setup fees, beta self-install packs, one-time pack licenses, and any other BossMode purchase unless a signed agreement expressly overrides this policy. Trust Pack work is non-refundable once Trust Pack infrastructure has been installed.

Ad spend is separate

Any ad spend paid directly to Meta, Google, or another advertising platform is governed by that platform and is not refundable by BossMode. BossMode management and setup fees remain final and non-refundable.

Before you buy

Ask any scope, fit, delivery, timing, subscription-renewal, or beta-software questions before checkout or invoice payment. Completing payment confirms that you understand the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Delivery support is not a refund

If something needs attention after payment, BossMode may provide product support, implementation fixes, or continued delivery inside the purchased scope. That remediation does not create a refund, refund credit, cash alternative, or right to reverse fees already charged.

Chargebacks and disputes

Chargebacks or credit-card disputes are contested with Stripe using payment records, accepted terms, installation timestamps, welcome-sequence engagement, operator activity, and delivery logs. Billing access may be frozen within 48 hours of a dispute while the evidence packet is prepared. By completing payment, you acknowledge that these records constitute evidence of purchase authorization and service delivery.

Required legal exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund right required by applicable law.
