BossMode should ship its own content. One capo agent that drafts, schedules, and posts — using the Skills Registry for reusable fragments. Dogfooding the platform on the platform.

Applications are coming in. A live Stripe link means qualified applicants can pay without a back-and-forth email thread.

Each vertical gets its own pack: SEO agencies, local SMB owners, coaches, real-estate, ecom brands. The library turns the pack marketplace into a long-tail moat — every niche has its own shape.

Agencies running BossMode for multiple clients need workspace isolation with a single billing relationship. The RBAC foundation is there; the billing and invitation flow needs purpose-built UX.

The Daily Report and KPI tiles are the right surface for mobile. Not the full workspace — just the read-and-approve layer so you can stay informed without a laptop.

The consigliere that runs briefings and approvals should be forkable — a reference implementation for teams who want the architecture without the hosted control plane. BossMode cloud stays the default; self-host stays an option.
